A bit disappointed…

Your products are nice. However, I ordered some pink potions which included a pink plastic heart dish for use in the bath. I was disappointed to find that this was substituted with a china red ramekin style heart dish. I got in touch with you about this to ask I’d you had any of the plastic dishes left. No one bothered to reply. The china dish was not really suitable for young children to use safely in the bath. However, it was bought for a Valentines sleepover surprisefor my two little granddaughters, and there was no time to return it to you. I would still like the pale pink plastic dish that was supposed to have been sent with the set I ordered if you still have one. Thank you. Anna Vines

I apologise for the disappointment at getting a replacement dish. We had problems with the delivery of the original dishes and did try to contact customers to explain the substitution. Wonderful

These potion kits that hooded owls sell are wonderful. We bought the hugs and happiness potion kits for a little valentines present for my 3 and 5 year old boys. This is because they LOVED their potion kits (rainbow and dinosaur ones) they got for Christmas. Smells lovely, no waste and beautiful
